FF: Tell us about yourself!

Mandi: “I am a wife and a mom of one boy and two girls. I’m originally from Alabama, but have lived in Georgia, Illinois, Florida, and now Tennessee! I have always loved helping people in different areas of life, including finding their new homes and improving their health, and now I love that I get to help women find their perfect wedding dress!”

Mandi moved to Nashville 3.5 years ago!

FF: Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

Mandi: “I have been married for 20 years, so I love having the opportunity to support brides as they start their marriages!”

FF: What got you interested in the bridal industry?

Mandi: “I actually became interested years ago when I went dress shopping with a friend. We both felt that she was treated like just another number. It was just another day of work to the consultants we met, but to her, it was one of the most exciting days of her life. I began to think about how fun it would be to be a part of such an exciting time and how I would want to make each bride feel special and important. I went on to do other things after that, but I’m happy that I found this new position at Fabulous Frocks when the time was right for me!”

FF: Who is your favorite bridal designer?

Mandi: “Pronovias! I love the wide variety of styles they offer!”

FF: Favorite gown style?

Mandi: “I love a simple, clean and classic, timeless dress. My personal wedding dress fits this description, with an A-line fit and a little touch of beaded detail around the waistline and spaghetti straps. After all these years, I still lean toward that style!”

FF: What’s your favorite part about your job?

Mandi: “Getting to know each bride, hearing their unique stories, and helping them find their perfect dress! Even after only spending an hour with a bride and learning more about them, I often feel like I can tell when a certain dress just fits their personality and what they are looking for!”

FF: What is your biggest piece of advice to brides?

Mandi: “Don’t stress! Your wedding is going to beautiful, so just relax and have fun! Twenty years from now, you won’t remember the tiny details or the little things that may have gone wrong. You WILL remember the fun you had and the people you got to celebrate your special day with!”
