As consultants, one of our favorite parts of our job is seeing how everything comes together for your special day! We love getting your photos back after the wedding and hearing all about the day! Today we are excited to share the details of Fab Frocks Bride Emily’s spring wedding!

The Details

Emily’s wedding was at Allenbrooke Farms in late March.

“Our wedding was the best day of our lives,” she said.” “My husband and I both felt such peace this day, and having all of our loved ones in one place was so special.”

John Myers Photography photographed the day, while Tazikis catered the meal! Meanwhile, Rose Hill Flowers provided the florals for the spring wedding.

“I am so grateful to Fabulous Frocks and all our incredible vendors for making our day so special,” she said.

Emily described the wedding as peaceful, emotional, and joyful.

The Dress

Emily came to the boutique with her mom, sister, and future mother in law. She hadn’t tried on gowns before and was originally thinking she would like a fitted dress.

Her consultant pulled various styles for the bride to try, and once she tried them on, Emily determined she liked something clean and classic. From there, her consultant pulled an A-line by Martina Liana. The gown featured a strapless sweetheart neckline, crisp mikado fabric, and a touch of detail — romantic 3D appliqués floating across the back of the gown!

Emily said yes to the dress and paired it with a long pearl veil.

“Fabulous Frocks made finding my wedding dress truly an amazing experience,” Emily shared. “I felt celebrated and I felt like the staff at Fabulous Frocks really cared about helping me find my dream dress.”

Advice

Emily advises brides-to-be to not stress about the little things. “Your wedding day will be perfect in its own way, and I encourage you to be present in every moment of your big day,” she said. “It goes by in the blink of an eye.”

Emily shared that her favorite part of the spring wedding was the first looks that she shared with her dad and her husband. “Such emotional moments but also pure joy,” she recalled. “Seeing my husband during our first look was a moment that will forever be in my memory.”

The couple honeymooned in Saint Lucia. We loved being a part of Emily’s spring wedding and were honored to help her find her dress!
