Hi brides! We are so excited to share the details of Lindsey’s September wedding!

The Details

Lindsey and Joey had a full wedding week of celebrations!

The couple began their week at the beautiful San Francisco courthouse with friends and family. “We used to live in the city together, so it felt special to us to be married up there.”

Lindsey shared that after their courthouse vows, they went frolicking in the fields at Golden State Park!

The Celebration

A few days later the couple celebrated with their friends and family. Lindsey shares, “We had a wedding day celebration with everyone Saturday September 21st. We had our ceremony at a wilderness park in La-Crescneta, with a reception at the Prata family house that was down the street from the park.” Lauren Gonzales Photography captured each special moment of their week.

The Dress

Lindsey came to Fabulous Frocks in February. “I knew I wanted my wedding outside, so I wanted a dress that I could frolic in the fields with.”

When reflecting on her time at Fabulous Frocks Lindsey shares, “I had the best time finding my dress at Fabulous Frocks! I ended up saying yes to the first dress I tried on at Fabulous Frocks! I immediately knew it was perfect.”

Advice for brides

When asked if she had any advice for brides Lindsey shares, “Social media and friends & family all want to give you advice about your wedding day, but do what feels most authentic to you and your partner.”

Favorite detail

Lindsey says that her favorite part of the week was dancing to “Harvest Moon” while surrounded by her family and friends. “While I was wedding planning I kept thinking about how great that moment will be, and it truly was perfect. It was a special moment seeing the wedding come together and being surrounded by my loved ones.

The couple got married on the Harvest Moon, so they themed a lot of their decor around that. Lindsey is a graphic designer so she was able to make all of the signage, invitations, banners, etc. She shared, “It was a dream to see it all come together.”

Lindsey describes their special week as being “Magical, Joy, Heart-Felt.”
