26 Sep Real Kansas City Bride: A Crossroads Wedding in the Fall
Chelsea and Michael’s big day was nothing short of lovely! Every detail tied together perfectly for their Crossroads wedding in the fall. Even the color of her gown pulled in the hues that spoke to anyone’s heart who loves fall! We happen to be approaching their one-year anniversary so this is the perfect time to inspire your very own Kansas City Crossroads wedding.
We loved hearing planning tips and how Chelsea knew she found her fabulous frock!
FFKC: Tell us about your wedding! When it was, where it was at, and who helped put it together?
Chelsea: Our wedding at was Berg Event Space in the Crossroads. For the most part I did all the planning myself, but my good friend Ashley and my husband’s Aunt Kathy did everything the day of; I could not have done it without them!
FFKC: How did you pick your wedding gown?
Chelsea: As soon as Angela showed me my dress I knew it would be the one. It was a made for TV moment in my mind. I put my dress on and immediately had tears in my eyes. I was absolutely in love!
FFKC: Any advice for future brides?
Chelsea: The best advice I can give is don’t skimp on a photographer. We decided to have two and it was 100% worth it. Also, start on your thank you cards EARLY! Write them as you receive gifts and don’t wait until the last minute. It’s true that the whole day is over in the blink of an eye. Cherish every moment and just have fun!
