Hi Brides! We love catching up with our brides to hear about their wedding day, and today we are so excited to share details of Amber’s romantic garden wedding!
Amber and her husband eloped at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens in September.
“It was a beautiful and intimate ceremony with our closest family members,” Amber shared.
The ceremony took place on Cheekwood’s Wisteria Porch. The bride’s brother officiated the wedding. In addition, he made the wedding cake!
Kelsey Eversoll did Amber’s hair and makeup for the whimsical wedding. “I highly recommend her, as she made the morning of so seamless!” Amber expressed. “I couldn’t have been happier with how my hair and makeup turned out!”
Meanwhile, Rebecca Supalla photographed the day. “She is amazing and perfectly captured our special day!”
Amber described the garden wedding as whimsical, romantic, and intimate.
Amber came to Fabulous Frocks in June. She had not tried on gowns before and was looking for a dress that was both classic and flowy to go well with the venue’s vibe.
Amber brought her mother, sister in law, and brother to her appointment. “I had the most amazing bridal consultant who truly made my experience so enjoyable and easy!” Amber shared.
The bride tried a variety of styles and realized that she really liked detail. With that in mind, her favorite throughout her appointment was a lace A-line from Lillian West.
After confirming by trying some other styles, Amber got back in the gown and said yes to the dress! “I will admit that I only tried on 5 dresses before saying yes to my dress!”
Amber wore a lace A-line from Lillian West. It featured an allover floral lace and a flowy skirt. She paired it with a layered fingertip length veil from Sara Gabriel.
Amber advises brides to not stress about the day and to focus on what you want for your day! “We chose to elope instead of having a large wedding and it could not have been more perfect,” she said.
Amber shared that her favorite part of her wedding was her venue! “It was breathtaking and the perfect background for the photos we will cherish forever,” she said.
The couple stayed at the JW Marriott hotel in downtown Nashville after their romantic garden wedding, and had dinner at Bourbon Steak. “It was incredible,” reflected Amber.
In addition, the couple really wanted to prioritize their honeymoon during the wedding planning. “My husband travels a lot for work, so it was our time to get away together,” Amber said. “We spent two weeks at a resort in St. Thomas relaxing and enjoying island life!”
We loved being a part of Amber’s romantic garden wedding and are so excited for her and her husband! Congratulations to the happy couple!
