Happy Friday brides! Our real bride, Kiera, recently tied the knot with her new husband, Benjamin! Benjamin proposed in September 2019 on a trip to Ravello, a small town along the Amalfi coast! On November 21st, 2020, Kiera and Benjamin became husband and wife!

Kiera’s Wedding

Kiera and Benjamin were married at The Home Place and Valley View! Kiera described her rustic fall wedding, “We wanted our wedding to reflect our personalities and be true to who we are as a couple. Fall is our favorite season and we were lucky enough that our venue had one fall date left in November! The look and feel that we were going for was rustic. From the colors, venue and ceremony, to the whole roasted hog and down to our Funfetti wedding cake, everything turned out to be exactly what we imagined and so much more!”

Kiera also described her favorite wedding day memory, “Right after saying ‘I do’ and walking back down the aisle with my now husband. The joy and pure happiness that we both felt was unforgettable.”

Kiera’s Dress

Kiera wore a stunning Zavana aline gown! We knew Kiera wanted a dress that would show off her fun personality, so her stylist pulled dresses that were a a perfect mix of elegance and fun! We asked Kiera how she knew she found her dream gown, “I went to 2 other dress shops before coming to Fab Frocks. My stylist, Angela, was extremely helpful and listened to my vision. I am a pretty picky person and knew that I wanted something that showed my personality as well as would make me feel comfortable and gorgeous on our special day. The Zavana gown that I picked was exactly that! Comfortable, sparkly and stunning. It made me feel gorgeous while still making me feel like myself!”

“The day will fly by. Don’t stress! Everything will be absolutely perfect. Live in the moment and enjoy every second of it!”

Special Memories from Our Real Bride

We love when brides have sentimental touches to their wedding day because it makes the day even more special! We asked Kiera what her favorite sentimental memory from her wedding was, “With being a fall wedding, we wanted our guests to have a favor that they would be able to keep and use. Benjamin’s grandma, Nan, loves to embroider. She embroidered all of the blanket wedding favors for our guests at the end of the day! Having that extra special touch for not only us to enjoy, but also our guests meant the world.”
