Happy Thursday! We recently caught up with our real bride, Brooke, to talk all about her wedding day.

Brooke and Zach are college sweethearts and met their senior year – Brooke was drawn to his impeccable style: “I met Zach my senior year of college. I spotted him across the bar in his camo crocs, basketball jersey, and handlebar mustache – I know right lol. Let’s just say I’ve loved him since the day I met him, but I love him even more now that he doesn’t have his ridiculous mustache. I had to compromise on the crocs.” If only we had a picture of THAT!

Finding Her Frock

Brooke wore a beautiful aline gown with a tulle skirt by White April. “Fabulous Frocks – The name is so fitting as they are truly FABULOUS! I found my dream dress here and it was by far the best wedding dress shopping experience I had out of the 6 places I visited. I came from STL to KC to hopefully find my dream dress and boy did I find it! They had a wide selection of options and the staff members listened to all of my likes and dislikes in order to find the PERFECT dress for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

Special Memories from our Real Bride

“When I was 6 years old, I was dancing around in the living room in my dress up wedding gown, thinking one day I’ll be a real bride. My real wedding day surpassed all of my expectations, hopes and dreams of 6 year old little me. Surrounded by family and friends, we danced the night away, shared so many laughs, and even shed a few happy tears. It was truly the most special day of my life!” Okay, someone pass us the tissues – that is the sweetest thing ever! We know that 6-year-old Brooke would be so happy!
