Emily’s Joyful November Wedding

As consultants, one of our favorite parts of our job is seeing how everything comes together for your special day! We love getting your photos back after the wedding and hearing all about the day! Today we are excited to share the details of Fab Frocks Bride Emily’s joyful November wedding!
The Details
Emily’s wedding was at The Venue at Birchwood. “Every details they put into the venue is perfection!” Emily shares. Logan from Violet and Vines was the wedding planner for the event, and the bride expressed how smoothly everything ran with the help of Logan!
The entire day was capture by the photographer Michelle (@photographybymichelle_tn) and videographer Phil (@collingfilms). The food for the night was catered by Beyond Details, and DJ Nik from Hightone Entertainment kept the party going!
One special detail of the night was that each table at the reception had a customized wedding cake at it courtesy of Polly Sparrow Bakery.
Emily describes the day as joyful, romantic, and exciting!
The Dress
Emily came into the boutique in January of this year with her mom, sister-in-law, and best friends. She shares that she surprised herself throughout the appointment by adding, “I was looking for something simple, modern, very simplistic with little detailed pieces… my DREAM dress ended up being nothing like that”.
She expressed that the moment she was in this dress she knew it was the one. “I felt confident, it was comfortable, I couldn’t stop smiling and I could envision myself walking down the aisle in it. I said YES to my Fabulous Frock and couldn’t be more thankful that I did!”
Advice
Emily left some amazing advice to future brides:
Be open to trying on dresses in EVERY style because you may just be surprised like I was and find a dream dress that is not at all what you were envisioning.
Surround yourself with people that will support you, calm your nerves, laugh with you and celebrate you the whole season of engagement and on your wedding day.
Spend all the time you want leading up to the wedding to plan the details BUT on the wedding day… LET IT GO. Enjoy the moments and let other people handle the details.
Even if you think you are the most organized and detailed oriented person… hire a planner and day of coordinator… it will take so much stress off of you!!
Make time for a private last dance… it will be such a sweet moment at the end of a chaotic day.
Lastly… ENJOY IT! Soak in ALL the moments, whatever you have to do to be able to soak it all in, because it goes by so fast!!
The bride adds that the couple’s favorite part of the day was being surrounded by all their family and friends and feeling so much love throughout the whole day. “We would truly relive the day 100 times over if we could!” she adds.
