Today we are excited to share the details of Fab Frocks Bride Jazlyn’s summer wedding! Read on to hear all about the beautiful July day!

The Wedding Details

Jazlyn and her husband Caleb got married at The Union Roost in McMinnville, TN in early July. White Fox Photography captured the summer wedding.

Jazlyn’s mom, who is owner, stylist, and makeup artist at Salon Nfuse, did hair and makeup. The bridesmaids wore light purple dresses, while the men wore gray vests.

The Dress

Jazlyn came to the boutique looking for a classic A-line for her summer wedding. She tried on a variety of A-lines, including a Martina Liana with a beaded bodice and a layered skirt.

“I didn’t expect to like the layered look so much!” she recalled. “I knew the second I tried my dress on that it was the one I wanted.”

Jazlyn said yes to the Martina Liana. It featured a gorgeous floral lace and a fun handkerchief skirt, complete with a horsehair trim. She paired the gown with a sweet and simplistic veil from Sara Gabriel. In addition, the gown featured detachable off the shoulder straps, giving Jazlyn two looks in one dress for her summer wedding!

Advice for Brides

Meanwhile, when recalling her summer wedding, Jazlyn advised future brides that it is okay if nothing goes according to plan. “It ended up unexpectedly raining at my wedding right before the ceremony and we had to last minute switch the ceremony spot,” she said.

“We also ended up doing a first look that we didn’t originally plan! It was still the best day ever!”

The Reception

Both the summer wedding ceremony and reception were hosted at Union Roost. The venue provided the catering, while Doug Griffin was the DJ for the event.

Jazlyn shared that her favorite part of the July day was at the end of the reception. She surprised her husband with a with a Tesla to drive away in! “He loved it!” she recalled.

The couple honeymooned in Aruba.
